Switzerland : Smart Meters call for tender

Our client, a Swiss utility chose EDF IN to support it in drafing the specifications for the acquisition of equipment, and IT systems for the collection and processing of metering data (HES & MDMS). More specifically, we assisted our client by carrying out the following activities:

• Study on the current state of the network and needs analysis
• Assistance in defining the tender’s scope of work
• Managing Q&As from RFP candidates
• Technical evaluation of the offers received
