Vietnam : Smart Grids know-how transfer

EDF International Networks’s mission was to develop a 5-year investment plan as well as develop a strong performance and profitability culture to the Vietnamese teams.

The technical assistance included the following activities:

• Definition and rollout of processes to improve network asset operations
• Development and presentation of a methodology to optimize network investments
• Demonstration of the expected benefits and opportunities offered by the introduction of the new methodology (through a pilot study)
• Vietnamese teams training in Vietnam and France
