New Caledonia : Smart Meters program roadmap

Support in the implementation of the Smart Metering Road Map and cyber security assessment, for the project to deploy 40,000 Smart Meters. The following 4 areas were covered by EDF IN :

• Metering equipment (Linky meters and concentrators)
• Cybersecurity strategy: implementation of a Cybersecurity Road Map
• Organisation to the implemented (Build and Run phase)
• Support the Cost-Benefict Analysis of the Smart Metering project
