EDF IN led the deployment and integration of a smart meter pilot (50,000 meters). EDF IN technical teams supported the client in the following aspects:

• Design of the deployment strategy
• Definition of business processes for equipment installation, and preparation of technical installation guides
• Trainers preparation for the installation of concentrators and meters
• Montoring the deployment of meters and concentrators
