Cameroun : Technical audit on MV and LV networks operation and control
Our client chose EDF IN to carry out a technical audit on the operation and management of their MV and LV works. The client also chose us for the supervision of MV/LV network investments (cities of Yaoundé and Douala).
Based on EDF IN’s recommendations, the client set up an action plan based on four main areas:
- Improvement of intervention management on the network
- Optimisation of their customers’ re-supply plan
- Quality control improvement of third-parties’ services
- Works cost reduction
