Uruguay : Smart Grid deployment

Our client wanted to deploy an automation system on its network; and therefore called on the expertise of EDF IN to assist on the project. Our teams carried out the following activities:

• Modernisation and automation of the network through the implementation of advanced control functions (ACF)
• Assistance in the development of an automation master plan for highly developed areas
• Reliability analysis of the industrial network security system and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)
• Assistance in the development of an automation master plan
• Cost-benefit analysis
